Imerman Angels is a 1:1 Cancer Support Community - Tom & I are both mentors and the opportunity to mentor others helped us cope with the aftermath of Cancer.
Stupid Cancer is one of the best resources - the organization focuses on young adult cancer and they have an easy to navigate site full of resources from insurance, to finances to fertility support
LIVESTRONG has some awesome programs and resources available with very specific goals - great resource for all types of cancers
